CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS:

• Box structure: it is made with modular panels consisting of an insulating membrane of rigid polyurethane foam injected between two metal plates. Panel thickness: according to the dimensions requested.
• Walls, ceiling and doors: STANDARD finish in galvanised steel sheet, pre-coated in white, in compilance with sanitisation regulations; STAINLESS STEEL finish on the inside and outside or, on request, on the inside only, in surgical grade stainless steel.
• Reinforced floor: the floor surface is made to suit the loads.
• Thermal insulation : this is obtained with rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 40 Kg/m3 containing no CFC. Optimum thermal, chemical and dimensional stability
• Refrigeration system: the refrigeration unit is made with top-quality materials and components of the best brands in the sector. It is available either as a stand-alone or remote version and includes: a condensing unit, an evaporating unit and an electronic control
  panel.
  - BODYWORK: in painted sheet steel and structured with removable panels for easy maintenance.
  - COMPRESSOR: airtight or semi-airtight depending on the power required. Fitted with appropriate protective devices. Runs on environmentally friendly gas.
  The gas is expanded using the capillary tube or thermostatic valve
• . Batteries, electric fans and defrosting: the heat exchange batteries (evaporator and condenser) are made of copper piping; the frame and fins are made of aluminium, with a large exchange surface. The electric fans for the evaporator are air-tight. The defrosting with hot gas system and electric heaters stops condensation from escaping.
• Control panel: fully automated and programmed to control all system functions. An electronic control unit allows the instruments to be adjusted according to the various requirements (thermostat, operation setting with min/max values, choice of type of defrosting, evaporator fan start delay, dwell time after defrosting for drainage, temperature alarm, probe breakage, internal light switch-on, safety limit to the number of thermostat operations).
